Refer Datamark Live to a friend and receive month’s server cost off your bill (or in cash for non-Datamark Live clients) for everyone that signs up! Anyone who uses your referral link will also receive a free server for a month.

Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) articulate the terms that govern the Datamark Live Give a Server, Get a Server program (“Program”).

You may not send Referral Links in a manner that Datamark Live believes constitutes spam. Datamark Live reserves the right to deny any services, cash payouts, or discounts if it believes participants in the Program have acted out of bad faith.

Participants in the Program are prohibited from posing as or in any way misleading anyone to believe they are an employee of Datamark Live or Datamark Systems or in any way represent the Program beyond being a participant.

If Datamark Live believes that a breach of these Terms and Conditions has occurred, Datamark Live reserves the right to terminate Referral Link(s), permanently suspend cash payouts or discounts, or terminate the Program.

Datamark Live’s failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
